Deb GreenDeborah K. Green,
BS, RHIA, MBA
Chief Information Officer

As Chief Information Officer, Deborah Green assures that Information Technology (IT) is a strategic enabler for the company’s mission and vision.  She has over 30 years of health information management experience, most of that with multi-facility organizations. Prior to joining LaVie and its predecessor organizations, Deborah led system's strategy and enterprise-wide initiatives for Mariner Post-Acute Network. Deborah worked in the acute care industry with AMI (now Tenet) where she led support services for facility Medical Records, Quality Improvement, Utilization Management and Accreditation.  Deborah’s experience includes quality management consulting, HIM outsourcing and work with the CDCs on an extensive national study on the effectiveness nosocomial infection prevention and control measures.

Deborah has an MBA from Georgia State University’s Executive MBA Program and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA).  She has been active at the national level over her career with AHIMA, AHA, and the Long Term Care CIO Consortium, and with other healthcare and data quality initiatives. She was recognized by AHIMA in 2000 when she was awarded the National Visionary Award. In 2004, she was nominated for Georgia Woman of the Year in Technology. Over her career, Deborah has spoken and written extensively for leading industry organizations.

Vice President of Regulatory Support Services

Tracey has over 19 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.  She joined the Centennial HealthCare Management Corporation in June 1991 and moved to LaVie Administrative Services, LLC in August 2004.  Under Tracey’s direction, the Regulatory Support Services department is responsible for licensure compliance of all company and customer entities, nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other company Medicare/Medicaid providers.  She also oversees corporate records, foreign qualifications and business compliance and maintains the company’s historical database for its providers.   During 1989 – 1991, Tracey worked for a durable medical provider located in Knoxville, Tennessee, where she was responsible for Medicare Part B claims management.

 

 

jimJim Culp
Vice President of Reimbursement

The Reimbursement Services is led by Jim Culp, Vice President of Reimbursement.  Jim has 27 years of experience in the long-term care industry.  He was with Beverly Enterprises for 21 years, where he served as Division Controller and as Director of Reimbursement for a national long-term care company.  There he was responsible for financial and operational reviews, assisted with the preparation of SEC 10Qs and 10K reports and handled all Medicaid reimbursement matters for 400 facilities in located in 32 states.

Prior to joining LaVie, Jim served as Director of Reimbursement for Sea Crest Health Care Management.

alanAlan Cosby
Vice President of Communications
and Marketing


Alan leads the design team at LaVie’s Communications Department.  Alan has over 20 years of hands-on marketing experience in the long-term care/post-acute industries.  He previously worked for Centennial HealthCare for 14 years, eight years as its Vice President of Marketing. At Centennial, he directed a team of Regional Marketing Directors, and he worked directly with skilled nursing facilities across the country.  At LaVie, he leads a highly talented design team that creates a vast array of customer-specific high quality marketing collaterals.  Services include brand/logo development, website design and maintenance, ad creation (content and graphic development) and full design, print and fulfillment services.
